This modern semi-detached holiday house offers space for 6 persons  and is located in Cala San Vicente in the north of Mallorca, near Pollensa.

The houses, eight in total, are built tall on 2 levels, with a floor space of 110 m2 and are built in pairs, but are not identical.

They have 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, kitchen with all necessary utensils, living / dining room with satellite TV and balcony. There is a communal pool and they are situated only 200 m from the sandy beach of Cala San Vicente.
